  • In what currency will I be charged?
    We accept payments in USD currencies: All transactions will be carried out in USD Currency Only If you credit card account is in a currency other than USD Dollars, you may be charged at a different exchange rate than what is quoted on our website. You may also be subject to a foreign currency transaction fee. Please consult your bank or credit card provider if you are unsure. We are not responsible for the exchange rate of any charges your bank or issuing credit card company may charge you.
  • Payment and Shipping in $USD?
    Your order will be charged in USD CURRENCY (USD) dollars. The price are included International DHL EXPRESS or Economic EXPRESS Couriers. If your parcel is being returned to sender due to any reason such as Unclaimed, Denied Due to Customs Charges, Incomplete/Insufficient Address, Undeliverable as Addressed, Prohibited Import / Denied Entry by Customs, Refused, etc..The shipping fees will not be reimbursed and we reserve the right to charge you for return shipping start at $ $60USD (Express Door to door) per a Jug.
  • How long does it take for express delivery?
    Yes! We delivery Worldwide for order over $100 USD with DHL EXPRESS. It will take 3 -10+ BUSINESS DAY , time depend on which countries zone you are, simply enter your address during checkout. Mostly it will take 5+ business days after dispatched to arrive at your destination. ​
  • How much does international shipping cost and how long does it take ?
    Our prices are included DHL EXPRESS Courier. Minimum order $90 otherwise the shipping fees will be charged. The zone 6 or remote area will be add $5 extra. DHL WORLDWIDE SAVER® 3- 10 business days (after dispatched) by end of day + delay 2+ days PROCESSING TIMES Orders placed after 10am (AEST) will be dispatched the next business day. During Christmas and sale periods processing and dispatch may take an extra 3-5 business days. Once payment is cleared and your order is processed and posted, you will receive a shipping notification email from our shipping partner DHL with a link to track your order. If your parcel is being returned to sender due to any reason such as Unclaimed, Denied Due to Customs Charges, Incomplete/Insufficient Address, Undeliverable as Addressed, Prohibited Import / Denied Entry by Customs, Refused, etc..The Shipping fees will not be reimbursed and we reserve the right to charge you for Return shipping at $60 USD per a Jug (every 500g) plus DHL charge fees and return shipping back to you. The above timeframe is not guaranteed and delays may occur beyond our control. Refinement is not responsible for parcels that are lost or delayed in transit due to the fault of the delivery carrier - we will trace your parcel on your behalf and do everything we can to locate your parcel, and lodge an investigation if required.
  • How to Track Packages?
    DHL EXPRESS Follow the link and tracking number we have sent to track your items once we have dispatched your parcel. https://www.dhl.com/au-en/home/tracking.html Please make sure you have entered the correct full address and mobile phone at the check out. It is your responsibility to track your parcel. We have no control of external issues that may arisen in each countries. ​
  • What's the deal with international taxes and fees?
    Because customs policies vary from country to country, international orders may be subject to local customs charges. Any customs, import duties and associated fees are the responsibility of the recipient and are charged once the parcel reaches its country of destination. However, our shipping purpose will be shown as "commercial sale" on the delivery to you and indicate a minimum amount of value at $49. Enjoy!
  • How do i order a bulk quantity  of an item? Wholesale?

  • How to Fix an Incorrect Address?
    With DHL Parcel, once the courier has picked up your package from the store, you will receive a notification sent to your account, (that can be accessed using your phone) with information confirming the expected date and place of delivery. You will also be provided with a shipment number and PIN. Simply use this PIN when accessing the “Redirect Package” service within your account. Notes for European DHL Parcel Uses – Changing delivery address: You can only use another address within the same DHL Parcel area The address of DHL Locker Points and vending machines are available to use You can add a neighbors’ address into your account in case there is no one at the main address. You can also request a redirect back to the sender (in circumstances where you do want to receive the parcel). Any changes you make to the DHL parcel delivery address need to be made before 23:59 of the day before the scheduled delivery.
  • Can I change the invoice information?
    Please ensure that all invoice details are correct, as we cannot make changes after payment due to our use of a third-party system.
  • Can I have the invoice included with the delivery?
    An automatic invoice will be generated after checkout. However, we do not include the original invoice in the package, as we use a DHL customs invoice to help minimize high taxes in certain countries.
  • Can I request a refund if I change my mind or need to change my order?
    We do not have a change-of-mind policy. However, if you request a refund, please note that a 3.5% fee charged by Stripe will be deducted, as we are unable to recover this fee once the refund is processed.
