10g Brewing recipe
- When brewing a premium and expensive coffee, it is important to use a lower dosage, as it can be quite challenging to properly extract the flavors from a small amount of high-density, light roast coffee. To help you achieve the best cup using 10g of coffee, here's a helpful tip:
10g Recipe:
- 10g of CMD 20 Click (medium fine)
- 180g of water (1:18 ratio)
- Brew time: 2 minutes
Brewing Steps:
- 0:00 sec: Begin with a bloom by pouring 30g of water and letting it sit for 30 seconds. Stir the coffee well to release any trapped gas.
- 0:30 sec: Slowly pour 100g of water.
- 1:10 sec: Continue pouring and reach a total of 140g of water.
- 1:30 sec: Finish the brew by pouring the remaining 180g of water.
- Complete the process at 2 minutes.
By following this precise brewing method, you will maximize the extraction and unlock the best flavor profile for your precious 10g of coffee. Enjoy the perfect cup every time!
